We are happy to congratulate Excellence Cruises (Twerenbold Group) with obtaining the Green Award Certificate level Gold for their new Excellence Empress.
This makes the Excellence Empress the first river cruise ship in the world to achieve a Green Award, level Gold.
Wonderful results in the reduction of NOx (-80%), PM (soot, -95%) and CO/HC (carbon monoxide,-80%) have been achieved by applying a "clean air technology system" to all engines on board the Excellence Empress. The golden level was achieved due to these great results. At TeamCo Shipyard, we are therefore also very proud of this great accomplishment.
